Further to the success of our Succession Seminar last year, we have invited Becky Miles from Real Success back to provide workshops for us on Thursday 14 November.

• Team dynamics – understanding yourself and others leading to more harmonious teams through effective communication and engagement.
• How do you come across to others and what impact is that having on your business?

12:00-13:00 Lunch (please advise of any dietary requirements)

13:00-15:00 Managing relationships and using this knowledge to:

• Deal with conflict
• Negotiate
• Provide constructive feedback

This will be an interactive day that will support you to become a more effective leader.
