NFU Autumn Update – Slurry & Water Webinar

Following a year of wet weather, increased public scrutiny on water quality, and increasing numbers of farm inspections, NFU’s first event will be a webinar for all South members on Slurry and Water. The discussion will outline key regulation including Farming Rules for Water (FRfW) and storing Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oils (SSAFO) regs. They will cover how to be compliant, and what an EA inspector will be looking for on a farm visit as well as what to expect in the process of planning for on farm slurry infrastructure and what advice and grants are available.
